Book a delicious dinner at The Private Dining Restaurant and Conservatory, situated within the hotel. Begin the evening with a mouthwatering amuse bouche which comprises charred-pickled cauliflower, red onion compote and plant-based truffled cheese, followed by a starter of chardonnay poached vannamei bay prawns with Scottish smoked salmon and dill tartare. Then immerse yourself in not one but two flavoursome main courses that encompass miso and sesame glazed south coast trout and roast rump of north Galway lamb. Finish the meal off with a luxurious royal Noire, dacquoise biscuit, hazelnut crunch and chocolate mousse before hitting the dance floor to celebrate a fabulous year to come.
New Year’s Eve Menu will be served from 7:00pm to 9:00pm and will be priced at £79pp, including one welcome drink
